Meditations are the practice of entering into the yoga consciousness. Practicing meditation regularly can support going deeper into the yogic state of consciousness, and also maintain it while still living in the phenomenological world. It’s recommended to practice meditation for 40/90/120/1000 days to make the impact stronger and more present in your life.

Mantras are a tool to get you into the meditative mind, as well as various mudras and breathing techniques. Mantras are formulas to create an intention and manifest change. They plant seeds of higher consciousness in the human mind as a bridge between the individual to the universal mind.

The meditations brought here are according to the teaching of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.
